Josh Dugger, who has been accused of molesting multiple children, is facing child molesting charges, TMZ reports.
The tabloid said Monday that Duggar has been charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a child under 13, two counts of sexual abuse of a minor and one count each of endangering the welfare of a dependent.
Duggar, 39, who currently has a baby boy, previously was accused of sexually molesting a 16-year-old girl while he was a contestant on the reality show “Duckworth.”
According to the New York Daily News, he was also charged with a felony count of child molestations by another girl, but the case was dismissed when the statute of limitations ran out.
According to The Associated Press, a spokesperson for the Department of Justice did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Duggars publicist, Becky Jeter, confirmed to ABC News that Dugger was charged and declined further comment.
According the New Yorker, Duggar was a top executive on the “Dancing With the Stars” reality series in 2014 and 2015.
He and his wife, Hope, have a daughter together.
The Duggards were married in 2009.
The couple have two sons.
